Winter weddings are becoming a trend and we like it! This winter, Junophoto had a wonderful time photographing Ariel and Matthew’s wedding at Chateau Frontenac. Ariel and Matthew live in Seattle, but decided on a destination winter wedding in the beautiful city of Quebec.
When a couple chooses to do a destination wedding, the best way to go is to hire a wedding planner. They will know how to properly coordinate the beautiful event and know the best vendors in the area. It’s exactly what Ariel and Matthew did by working with KA mariage
Many friends and family made the trip from Seattle and elsewhere to celebrate the two lovebirds’ wedding. The ceremony took place in the gorgeous chapel located at the Musée de l’Amérique francophone. A chapel that was desecrate in 1992 and is now the host of all types of events. The guests were welcomed with some tasty hot beverages while waiting for the ceremony. Then, the soon to be married, bride and groom made their way down the aisle, hand in hand, to the altar where Matthew’s brother was waiting to officiate their wedding.
Later on, everyone went to the Château Frontenac for the reception located in the ballroom, which was beautifully decorated by Jessie from KA mariage and her crew. The newlyweds even had a first look of the room before the guests could enter, you can see here their reaction. The event went on with elegance and rythm thanks to the band 1945 who made the guests dance their night away!
